Rob was recommended to us when we were purchasing our first house here in Calgary. He listened to us and asked the right questions to determine the type of home that was right for us. When looking at houses, he made the process so much fun with his upbeat personality and amazing sense of humor. A couple of years later, when we decided to upgrade, he actually encouraged us to list our house higher then we had expected and got us our price!

He helped us find a home builder and build our second house, and was with us every step of the way. Recently we called him again to purchase a revenue property. We had very specific criteria, and he immediately found us quite a few houses to look at and helped us find the perfect property! Rob is second to none when it comes to service and expertise. His market knowledge and determination to find us exactly what we wanted was evident from our first meeting.

During the course of house hunting we viewed a home that we became interested in, in fact we had Rob write an Offer on the property. There was an environmental concern with this particular home because it was located near a gasoline service station. Rob knew exactly how to structure the Offer in order to protect our interests and permit us to investigate the situation to our satisfaction. On Rob's advice we ultimately chose not to purchase the home because the Sellers would not provide us with the information that was necessary for us to make an informed decision. Later we were able to find the home that we eventually purchased. It was just what we wanted and in the location that we wanted.

An unexpected employment transfer caused us to move to Calgary on very short notice from North Carolina. My wife, Sheila, & I had the pleasure of meeting Rob through our relocation from Hong Kong. Not knowing anybody or really anything about Calgary we met Rob initially through his Internet web site. We found the site to be a tremendous resource that helped us to understand the whole home buying process even before we left Hong Kong. He & his assistant worked with our "wish list" & almost immediately emailed us the information on several homes that were for sale that met our family's needs. As a follow-up they couriered a very comprehensive information package that arrived just days after our first contacting Rob.
