Pre-Move Consultation
"Planning in advance for your move is a criticle step in the process. The planning stage is where we can get the ground work accomplished when you have the time to do it."
There's an old saying that holds true for your move: "It's what you do when you don't have to that will determine where you will be when you can no longer help it."

Here's what your pre-move consultation will cover:
- Selling Cost & Time Efficiency
This is the ultimate goal and really is what the consultation is about. Planning, educating and preparing will give you confidence and a vision for the process from start to finish.
- Recommend Improvements
In some cases a renovation will add money to your net - sometimes not. I've seen homes that would not sell that sold quickly after just a few low cost adjustments as well. We will look at your home and discuss benifits of any improvements that would be considered.
- Do You Sell First or Buy First?
It's what we call the "Real Estate Catch 22". It can keep you up at night with worry. Fortunately we have the solution.
- Home Staging
Depending on your home and the time and effort that you have available you can go all out or cover the basics. We have proffessional home stagers that we recommed as well.
- Selecting the Best Realtor
What you look for in a realtor often makes the difference in your over-all success. Our aim is the success of your move. We'll arm you to make your dicission from a position of knowledge with a list of interview questions.
- The "Nuts & Bolts" of the Process
Understanding how the whole transaction will fit together is important. What will your lawyer cover? When does the lawyer get involved? When does the money go and how is it handled? What able the Real Property Report (survey)? You will have the answers after your consultation.
- We will also cover:
- An Ounce of Prevention...
- Marketing Your Home
- Selling by Auction
- Our Guarenteed Sales Plan
- Pricing Your Home
- Financing StratagiesYour Overall Game Plan
