Northwest Calgary Lake Communities

Arbour Lake and Harvest Hills are two different kinds of lake communities Northwest Calgary. Arbour Lake offers a beach with swimming, boating and fishing. The lake in Harvest Hills offers boating and beauty. Both communities enjoy lake skating in the winter.

Note: The Calgary Real Estate Board's MLS zone system includes any northern property west of Deerfoot Trail as Zone A (northwest). In the city Centre Street is the usual northeast/west division. Since Deerfoot Trail is east of Centre Street some Northeast communities are included in Zone A (northwest). Therefore communities like Coventry Hills, Harvest Hills, Renfrew and Bridgeland will show up in Zone A Calgary searches even though they are located in the northeast.

Use the red headings to sort the listings according to your priorities.

If you don't have the time or find it cumbersome to search through all of our northwest Calgary listings we have your solution. Sign up for our DIRECT MLS email service. You will receive MLS listing details the minute they reach the Calgary Real Estate Board.
